He was also selected to be a First Team Freshman All-American in 2005. He also received a full scholarship to play for the Tennessee Titans in 2006.

He was also named a Division II Lineman of the Year. He was also a part of the 2005 US Army All-American Bowl. He was also a member of the Tennessee All-State team. He was also named a member of the First Team All-State team in 2006.

He graduated with a degree in criminal justice from the University of Mississippi. He was selected as a First-team All-American and was named to a number of preseason all-conference teams. He was also named to the All-Tennessee team and was named as a First Team All-State selection.

He was also selected as a First-team All-American in the 2008 National Football League Draft. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens and was awarded a five-year contract worth $13.8 million. He played on the left tackle position in the NFL.
